Welcome to the NI Blonde Beef website. As local breeders of the finest Blonde Cattle we take the provenance of our beef very seriously. We have been breeding Blonde cattle in Northern Ireland since 1979. In 2018 a number of experienced breeders formed the NI Blonde Beef group to promote the unique traits of the breed and its wholesome beef.

Beef Boxes

NI Blonde Beef will soon be sold in a selection of Beef boxes. The joints are dry aged for between 28 to 45 days for the unique and perfect taste.
